Self Service Dog Wash Hours: Monday – Sunday 7am – 9pm
Grooming Hours: Monday – Saturday 9am – 5pm
OUR SERVICES:
How do I book a service?
Simply click the Book Now button at the top of this page, and click Sign Up button to setup a username/password. Once logged in:
1. complete a client profile
2. complete a pet(s) profile
3. enter your credit card information
4. select from our grooming and washing availability
After completing the registration process and booking your appointment, one of our experienced groomers will contact you to confirm your pet care needs and customize your service experience.
What areas do you service?
We service the Texoma and greater Wichita Falls community.
How do I request a service?
Once you have completed the registration process, Log in to your account to access "My Schedule" from the menu. Select the date, service, & time, then click submit. You can also call us at (940) 781-0460 or email at info@pupbar.com.
What if I'd like to request a weekend service?
We do provide full-service dog washing and grooming services on weekends, however, these are subject to availability and should be booked online or by calling Pupbar in advance at (940) 781-0460.
What if my pet becomes ill or injured while in your care?
In the event your pet becomes severely ill or injured while in the care of one of our staff, we will notify you (or your emergency contact) immediately. If you (or your contact) are not available we will consult the expertise of your vet, or our vet partner, Colonial Park Veterinary Hospital, for proper care.
Can you give my pet medication?
Absolutely. We’re happy to assist pets with special needs such as administering medications, fluids, or special dietary supplements.

Is it okay to tip my groomer?
Yes! Tips are always appreciated. You can give it to your groomer, or add it to the service at time of payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
What if I need to cancel a scheduled service?
Simply log in to your account or call us at (940) 781-0460 to request a cancellation of your service.
Is there a fee for last minute cancellations?
Cancellations for Full-Service Grooming and Luxe Dog Washes made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be charged a 50% cancelation fee.
PAYMENTS
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept American Express, VISA, Mastercard, Discover card, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
How do I pay for services?
All payments are processed through our online system. The card you have on file will be charged and an invoice will be emailed to you.
