WASH AND GROOM REQUIREMENTS

REGISTRATION

New clients are required to:

  1. Complete a client and pet profile on our scheduling platform;

  2. Review and sign our client agreement and liability release form;

  3. Provide a copy of dog’s current vaccination records;

HEALTH

To ensure the health and safety of all dogs in our care, we require that all dogs are free from parasites, ticks/fleas, and communicable diseases.

We reserve the right to refuse check-in to any dog that may pose a risk to the health of other dogs. If our staff identifies any concerns regarding your dog's health during their stay at PupBar, we will separate them from the group and contact you to arrange their pickup and/or veterinary treatment.

We will happily welcome your dog back once they are healthy and no longer pose a risk of infection to other dogs.

VACCINATIONS

All pets are required to be up-to-date on all local, state, and federally mandated vaccinations. Vaccination records are required to book your pets first appointment and will be stored in our records per local municipal requirements.

TEMPERMENT

At our facility, we prioritize the safety of all our clients and staff, which is why we require that dogs be well socialized, people-friendly, and safe around other dogs. Aggressive or extremely anxious dogs can pose a potential risk, and therefore require special accommodations for safe service. If you have an aggressive or anxious dog - please contact us prior to booking an appointment and one of our experienced groomers will assess the situation on a case-by-case bases and advise accordingly.

We take the safety of our clients, staff, and pets very seriously and reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse to provide services if we determine that a dog’s temperament is not suited for the requested service or if a dog cannot be handled safely by our staff. At PupBar, we are dedicated to maintaining a safe and enjoyable space for our clients’ pets and our staff, and we stand by this unwavering commitment.
